Greek Yogurt Bark
You’re just 3-ingredients away from this delicious high protein summer treat!
Greek yogurt is one of my favorite protein sources, especially for breakfast! But during the summer months, I also love to freeze it into a refreshing and icy treat!
This recipe uses just 3 ingredients:
Greek yogurt
Blueberries
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Nutritionally, each serving clocks in at around 130 calories, 4.5 grams fat, 11 grams carbohydrates and 12 grams protein!

Greek Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek Yogurt Of Choice
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 3 tbsps. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Instructions
- Line an edged sheet pan with plastic wrap or parchment paper.
- Evenly spread out yogurt of choice and add toppings.
- Freeze for two hours.
- Break into bark and enjoy! Return any uneaten bark to the freezer.
